Note: You do not need an account to purchase item(s) from us. That said, we encourage everyone to create an account as it only takes a couple of minutes plus it’ll be more convenient. Once you’ve registered an account with us, you’ll be able to:

How do I place an order?

1) ORDERING

ADD ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART

Browse through the category of your choice by clicking on the product category links in the menu.

Click on the product thumbnail for a larger view of the item and to view the item description, sizing measurements etc.

Scroll through the drop down list to view & select the suitable color, type and specifying quantity needed (if applicable).

Thereafter, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button to add an item to your shopping bag.

The shopping cart menu at the top right corner of our website would show that the item has been successfully added to your bag.

VIEW ITEMS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART

To view the item(s) which you have added into your shopping cart, simply click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right of the page and the drop down menu would state the items present in your bag and their prices respectively, click "GO TO CART" for a more in depth view of the items in your shopping cart.

OVERVIEW OF SHOPPING CART

Click on the shopping cart icon which is found at the top right corner of the page and click "GO TO CART" to be redirected to your order summary page.

Here you will be able to:

- check all items in your cart

- review total amount

- update item quantities

- remove/delete item(s) from cart

You may choose to continue shopping or click the "CHECKOUT" button to begin checking out.

Note: Items in your shopping cart are not secured until you have completed your order successfully and may sell out during the checking out process.

2. CHECKING OUT - steps (i) to (iii)

• (i) Input your personal information
• Enter your contact information and shipping address
• Login to your account if you already have an existing one with us!
• If you have a voucher/promo code, please submit it in the space provided under "discount code" and click "APPLY".
• The total cost will automatically be readjusted.
• Click "Continue to shipping"
• (ii) Select your preferred shipping method
• Select your preferred mode of delivery. We have lots of delivery options for you to choose from! For more information about the various methods of delivery available and their costs respectively, please visit our delivery page here.
• Click "Continue to payment"
• (iii) Select your preferred payment method
• Select your preferred method of payment. At this page, you will see the final total amount (inclusive of shipping costs).
• We have a variety of payment methods that we accept. All transactions are private, secure and fully encrypted. For more information about the various methods of payment available, please visit our payment page here.
• Click "Pay now" to proceed with completing your order. 

• ORDER COMPLETION
• Upon successful payment, you will receive Order Invoice via email with your order summary.
• Please check your spam mail folder and contact us if you do not receive your order confirmation email immediately

Also, you will be given an order reference number.

Please take note of your order reference number which is stated in your email.

3) DELIVERY

DISPATCH OF ITEMS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE

All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours from the time payment is received. We take pride in being ninja-fast in our fulfilment and shipping out process!

If you have opted for a trackable shipping method, a tracking number will be emailed to you which allows you to view the status of your parcel via our Track Order page. 

Tracking Your Order

You can track the status of your parcel if you opt for a Delivery courier with a trackable service.

Go to this page to track your order

Enter your specific tracking number and you will be able to view the status of your parcel.

Change or Cancellation of order

We process and ship orders super quickly - within 24 hours!

Thus, once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes. 

Once you have submitted an order to us, it is considered as a confirmed order.

We strictly do not allow any cancellations of order.
