All delivery rates are stated in Singapore Dollars ($SGD).

All domestic and international deliveries are dispatched using reputable couriers eg. SingPost, Qxpress and our doorstep delivery team.

Your order will be processed and mailed out within 24 hours from the time we have verified your payment.
Once your item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email notification will be sent to you stating your item(s) have been fulfilled.
Your parcel's registered article no. aka tracking number will be included if you have opted for a delivery courier with a trackable service.
Also, your order status will be updated to "Fulfilled".

For deliveries via Singapore Post (SingPost), do note they are closed/they do not operate on Weekends. For deliveries via Qxpress Doorstep delivery, do note they are closed/they do not operate on Sundays. If you place an order on Saturday, we’ll ship it out on the earliest slot available which is Monday.
For deliveries via our Doorstep Delivery service, we operate and deliver 7 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, so order with assurance.
For same day deliveries, do note cut-off time is 6pm (GMT +8), so last order must be made before 6pm in order to receive on the same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next business day (prioritised first) regardless of whether you selected same day delivery.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
SingPost Local Normal Postage:
A rate of SGD$1.80 is charged per order (for items up to 2kg, within 324 x 229 x 65mm)
*A tracking number will not be available for deliveries via Local Normal postage.
Hence, your parcel will not be trackable or traceable.
NOTE:
If you have opted for Local Normal postage, it represents that you accept and are fully aware of the associated risks present.
LASHPIRE® will not be held responsible for any lost mails shipped out via normal postage. That said, we will do our part in handling the parcels to minimize risks such as including our return address on the parcel.
Delivery duration: Approximately 2-3 business days
SingPost Local Registered Postage:
A rate of SGD$2.20 is charged per order (for items up to 2kg, within 324 x 229 x 65mm)
*LASHPIRE® recommends this method of posting as all parcels will be given a registered article number aka tracking number. This reduces the risk of any lost parcels.

Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your parcel is you opt for registered postage from Singapore Post’s official website

Enter your specific tracking number and you will be able to view the status of your parcel.
For registered postage, the postman will deliver the parcel to your address.
If there happens to be nobody at home when the postman arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You may proceed to the respective post office stated on the notification card to collect your parcel.

This option is one of the FASTEST way for you to receive your order. Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep in 2 working days.

Doorstep Delivery service by Qxpress Delivery Team. Once you placed an order and once we verified it, your parcel will be passed on to the Qxpress Delivery team the Next Business Day. They will arrange delivery for your parcel by the following Business Day.
Delivery duration: Approximately 2 business days. (May be longer if earlier day slots are fully booked)
PROMOTION: Enjoy FREE Local Qxpress Doorstep Delivery with purchase of SGD$120 and above per order.
*By using this service, you’ll be able to receive your item at your doorstep in 2 business days, once your payment has been verified.
*Do note that Qxpress do not operate on Sunday. So if you place an order on Friday, they’ll pickup from us on Saturday, you’ll receive on Monday.
*Do note that Qxpress operates on a first come first serve basis, we arrange delivery based on availability. Qxpress delivery slots fill up fast daily, so we can only arrange pickup and delivery on the earliest available day slot. Do contact as prior before ordering if u wish to know the earliest slot.

A flat rate of SGD$10 is charged per order for doorstep delivery within AMK/BISHAN/SERANGOON area.
A flat rate of SGD$25 is charged per order for islandwide doorstep delivery other than AMK/BISHAN/SERANGOON area and those stated below.
A flat rate of SGD$35 is charged per order for islandwide doorstep delivery to SENTOSA/MARINA/BEDOK/PUNGGOL/PASIR RIS/JURONG/CHANGI area.
No weight limit. Order as many items as you wish for the same flat rate.

This method is Free of charge.
Self collect/pickup your item(s) directly from us or using your own courier/delivery service from our office pick up point location.

For all collections, upon completion of order, once your item has been packed and arranged, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp/Email to let you know our exact address and date/time to pick up. Pickup strictly only at our specified address. Any other locations will incur additional charges.

Pickup timing: Your package will be available for collection from 6pm onwards daily. (Pick up point is accessible 24/7)
