Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). All prices stated are non-inclusive of postage charges. All prices are strictly non-negotiable. Shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/taxes will be added by Lashpire when necessary.
Terms of sale
By placing an order on our website www.lashpire.com, you agree that all information you provide to us is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card used to place your order. All orders are subjected to availability.
Lashpire reserves the right at any time, to refuse or cancel your order, even after you had received an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. Lashpire shall have the right in its absolute discretion to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to any customer without any prior notification. Lashpire reserves the right to change the pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you.
In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Lashpire shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed, regardless of whether the order is currently processing or has been completed. If payment has been made or if your account has already been charged and the order is cancelled, we will issue credit or transfer back the appropriate amount back into your account. In no event shall Lashpire be obligated to provide you with the product at an incorrect price.
Occasionally, there may be information on lashpire.com that contains typographical errors and inaccuracies, Lashpire reserves the right to ammend any error or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.
Ordering
Once you have submitted an order to us, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (receipt) of your order. This email will only serve as an acknowledgement and it will not constitute as acceptance of your order on our part. On your part, it is considered as a confirmed order, you are not allowed to cancel your order once you’ve made a submission. When you have received an invoice (payment advice), it means that we have accepted you order and we shall be obliged to supply the intended item to you.
Payment
You are required to pay for the product(s) in full amount at the time of ordering. We shall not be bound to supply you the intended product before we have received the cleared funds in full amt.
You may pay by any method which we have stated is acceptable to us.
During payments via Paypal where you are required to supply us with your credit or debit card details from a credit or debit card company acceptable by Paypal, you must be entitled to use that card. The card or bank account must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed amount to us.
You understand that all details and information provided to us during payment is valid and the credit or debit card or account which you us is your own and that there are sufficient funds. Lashpire reserves all rights to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the intended product.
Delivery/Shipping
All products will be shipped out within 24 hours/1 business day once payment has been verified. We aim to deliver the products to you according to the stipulated timeframe. We shall aim to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by the law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs or damages, arising out of late delivery.
During the delivery of the product, you may be required to sign to acknowledge the delivery. You agree to inspect the item for ant defects, damage or faults before you sign. You are required to keep the receipt of the delivered product in the event where you need to discuss with us about it.
If you are not available to take delivery, the postman will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
If delivery or collection is delayed through your refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may do either or both of the following:
You must take care when opening the product in order not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments such as scissors.
Images
All of our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our prior permission.
We try our best to portray the most accurate and realistic colours of our merchandises that appear on our website. However, the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made due to the event where your monitor’s display of the colour of our merchandises is different from the actual colour of our merchandises. Lashpire makes no guarantees that any actual colours of products will be accurate and precise.
